  • Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned / exchanged, custom products (such as special / orders or personalized items or hemmed pants), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Customized products and wholesale orders are not eligible for returns, exchange or refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
  • Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Exchanges
    Exchanges are accepted only for size change within 7 days of receiving the product. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have at our physical store and pick up the required size. Other way to exchange the goods will be to – ship the goods back to us, and we will ship the required product size back to you. The shipping charges are the cost of the customer.   • Refunds
